Henk Galavazi has 20 years experience in strategy development both in consulting (Bain & Co. 1995-2002, independent consultant 2009-present) and in senior positions at multinationals (VNU/Nielsen, TNT).
In his projects Henk focuses on improving business growth and performance in close cooperation with Boards and management teams. His key areas of activity are business strategy and commercial, sales force & pricing strategy. Henk is active in several industries, with emphasis on Media & Information, Financial Services and Professional Services.
Henk holds a Master’s degree in business economics (Erasmus University) and an MBA from INSEAD (with Distinction) and attended executive programs at Ashridge (senior leadership) and THNK (creative leadership).
